This 30-minute GP consultation is a single, comprehensive appointment designed to support weight management, metabolic health, and long-term wellbeing within a medically led, personalised framework.

During the consultation, Dr Paulina will undertake a detailed review of your medical history and assess key health factors including cardiovascular risk, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes risk, and hormonal influences. 

This ensures any treatment recommendations are considered carefully and in the context of your overall health. Where appropriate and if you wish, the consultation may include measurement of blood pressure, height, weight, and body composition, alongside a full clinical examination, including cardiovascular, respiratory, and abdominal assessment and evaluation for potential nutritional deficiencies.

You will receive a personalised care plan informed by both evidence-based medical practice and lifestyle-medicine principles, supported by an open and thoughtful discussion of risks, benefits, and expectations.

Where clinically appropriate, this may include a private prescription for injectable weight management medication with clear explanation of medication choice and dosing strategy, including micro-dosing where suitable.

If medication is prescribed, it is dispensed directly through the clinic’s in-house medical dispensary, ensuring discretion, convenience, full traceability, and verified expiry dates from official Mounjaro stock. Injection techniques and medication use are covered as part of the same consultation, allowing you to leave feeling informed, confident and supported.

Treatment Plans - Face to Face or Remote

After your initial appointment, your care continues with regular clinical monitoring and continuity of care with the same GP. Treatment plans include unlimited GP appointments, body composition monitoring and medication supply.

Ongoing reviews focus on treatment response, long-term health and maintenance planning. Your medication dosage is continuously monitored ensuring care remains appropriate, proportionate and aligned with your evolving goals supporting sustainable long-term outcomes.

Follow up consultations

A focused 15-minute GP review appointment for patients restarting treatment, or for follow-up appointments scheduled two weeks or more after a monthly treatment plan has lapsed.
